Discounted Line Rentals & Phone Calls
How does our Service work?
TCCom are a fixed line Service Provider. By purchasing line rentals and call traffic at wholesale from Carriers such as BT Wholsale, we are able to pass on some good savings to you the end user.
The majority of our business is done by CPS (Carrier Pre Selection), which automatically re-routes most of your calls at the BT exchange, giving you significant savings when you use your phone. As a Business customer, you could save up to 50% on your call charges compared with BT‘s standard prices. If you make most of your calls during peak hours or call overseas regularly, then you could save even more!
You keep your existing line and phone number (so you‘ll continue to pay "line-rental" to BT) but benefit from our enormous buying power to get incredibly low call rates from other world-class networks. In some cases, you‘ll be paying less than big business users! and you‘ll find our call quality is just as clear as BT.
Alternatively you can let place your whole landline account with TCCom and benefit from a discount on line rentals as well as phone calls. Should you require new telephone lines, be it single, Multi or ISDN lines, then TCCOM can supply. Having access to the BT network through our own Gateway, we can order new lines, disconnect lines or add or remove any select services. Should a fault occur on any line, do not fear! We also have access to the BT Faults team, so line tests can be done, and a fault raised if need be.
